  • Try to find  something encouraging and positive to say about their answer — “I hadn’t thought about it that way” or  “interesting idea”. 
  • If you keep an open mind, you will be surprised how much you will learn from each other
  • Ask what others think about the question before you share.
  • Ask your own question or have others theirs.
